Buli Foodtruck, chosen as the best food truck in Europe, is participating in the Flow Festival for the first time. The soul of Buli’s car is a small charcoal grill, which helps to create a smoky vibe to the dishes. For the Flow, the restaurant has developed a completely new fish and plant-based menu.

Charcoal-grilled Finnish vegan patty, matured cheddar, ranch-style mayo, pickled red onion, pickled cucumber, and brioche bun

Mac&Cheese (LF) - €10

Made with matured cheddar and Meule Du Jura Alp cheese, topped with black pepper and Meule Du Jura

Fries & Ranch Mayo (LF, GF) - €7, can be made also vegan
