Ben Klock and Fadi Mohem are resident DJs at the legendary Berghain club in Berlin, and with their classic techno sound, they are synonymous with the club’s musical aesthetic. Klock has DJ’d at Berghain for more than two decades, and he is also in demand internationally with his Photon events and a string of quality releases on labels such as Ostgut Ton and his own Klockworks. Fadi Mohem has a 15-year career as a DJ and producer, and he is appreciated for staying true to his musical vision in his DJ sets, hardware live sets, and studio work.
Klock and Mohem play DJ gigs together, and they have also collaborated in the studio. Their first album together, Layer One, was released in 2024 and is a carefully crafted masterpiece of electronic music, drawing on IDM, ambient, and experimental electronics.
