Helsinki-based DJ Laura Lazor has been behind the decks since 2019, and her career is driven by a deep love for dancehall culture. Before becoming a DJ, she spent years dancing and training dancehall, developing a strong connection to the music and its roots. Her passion for the culture has also taken her to Jamaica, where her understanding of the music, community and culture deepened. Known for her passion for playing to dancers, she delivers energetic DJ sets filled with authentic dancehall vibes and rhythms. She has performed at numerous clubs and events across Helsinki, co-ran the dancehall & reggae club Top Rankin Sisters, and is currently a resident DJ at Reggae United club at Ääniwalli.
