Culture and leadership in a changing world. How can we enable creativity in organizations and individuals? This Flow Talk hosted by Tietoevry Create and Aalto University explores how leaders can foster bold creativity and adaptability in organizations facing constant change.

Denny Royal
Denny Royal, Global Head of Design at Tietoevry Create, talks about organizational culture’s role in creativity, problem solving, and technological innovations. With over 30 years of experience in design-led organizations, Royal combines behavioral design with customer-focused digital services.
Tuomas Auvinen
Tuomas Auvinen, Dean of Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture explains how a multidisciplinary community — where art, technology and business mix together — has given life to something unique: radical creativity. It has the potential to create entirely new solutions that will permanently change the way we think and act as individuals, organisations and societies. At the heart of radical creativity lies the ability to effect fundamental change and challenge the status quo.
Amel Gaily
Amel Gaily is an entrepreneur and CEO of the health tech company Cuckoo Networks. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Amel worked in management positions as CEO of Finnish Business Angels Network ry and in leadership positions at Nordea. Amel also serves as a board member of a few different organizations. Amel is best known to the wider public as an advisor on Diili (the Finnish version of the Apprentice).
Jussi Herlin
Jussi Herlin serves as the full-time Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at KONE Corporation, representing the fifth generation of family ownership in the company. Herlin is actively involved in various leadership roles, including as a board member of the Technology Industries of Finland and as a member of the nomination committee of Aalto University’s Board. Herlin is also known as an active voice in public discourse. He emphasizes that responsibility and value-based leadership are key success factors for both companies and society at large.
